Metropolis has been one of the earliest organisations to begin home service. Today, our Home Service team across India comprise more than 400 members. In 1981, our patient informed a day prior and a visit was promptly made. At every step, we took in to account the convenience of our customer and worked our processes around it. It surely has paid off which you can see for yourself from testimonials like below!
Here is an account of Ms Janki Mungee on the home service she availed for her mother.
Hi METROPOLIS team,
This is to inform you that we have one of your technician Mr. Shankar Khandare who has been visiting from last 3 months at our house for home collection. He has been really a very efficient and smart worker. I would really like to appreciate the efforts and dedication which he shows at his work and is really a very helpful person. I would like to add that Metropolis has a wonderful and dedicated team. My mother being a chemo patient, I only know how difficult and painful it is to get the veins and do the blood test, but he has been really very patient enough at all times and proved to be a great technician.
Dear Shankar : Thanks a lot and keep up the good work.
